How to Invest in Short Term Rentals

I am here as your Nashville Real Estate Expert, and I want to share with you a little about short-term rentals in Nashville.

There are a few things to note when considering short-term rentals, the most important being that a short-term rental is rented in increments less than 30 days - and while there are many rules around these types of properties in Nashville, I'm here to guide you through that process.

NASTRA; Nashville Area Short-Term Rental Association is a volunteer group that helps keep short-term rental owners and managers up to date on the latest legislation and changes in the Nashville Real Estate market.  For short-term rentals, this volunteer group is well versed - and you'll want to keep this group on your radar. 

I got involved with NASTRA, and after some time, they asked me to be on their board. I enjoyed serving on the board and speaking on behalf of Nashville short-term rental owners in front of Metro Council. I helped make our voices heard as property owners - that experience was a great one. I still have many agents call in asking for insight on different bills and updates to legislation.

This is just a small part of what makes Nashville so unique, and for anyone who's listening, I will share all day long on why you should make Nashville your next home or at least your temporary one. We're growing, and because there are so many things to do here, tourism is unmatched.
