Life is a Journey
The question is: Where are you on the map?
Clarity first. Everything else follows.
Something shifted in you. Maybe suddenly, maybe slowly. But you crossed a threshold, and the life you built before doesn't quite fit who you've become.
You're not lost. You know something is different. What you need is a clear starting point, and someone to help you find your way from here.
That's what we do together.
Why “Ask Deborah”?
When I named my company “Ask Deborah”, I wasn't asking you to come to me for answers.
I was reflecting something I practice myself. The discipline of asking inward. Of reaching toward my highest self before I reach for a strategy, a plan, or someone else's map.
That's the invitation here. To ask the version of yourself who already knows. I'm here to help you hear her.
Is this you?
You've built a career, a life, a reputation. By almost every measure, you've arrived. And then something cracked open. A retreat. A loss. A quiet realization you couldn't shake.
Whatever it was, you came back different, and the old way of operating stopped feeling like enough. You're not in crisis. You're in transition. And the gap between who you've been and who you're becoming is exactly the territory we work in together.
The Way Forward
Most people start at step five. They set goals, build strategies, make plans — before doing the honest work that makes any of it stick.
We start at step one.
Clarity first. Everything else follows.
You can’t begin the journey until you know where you are.
How We Work Together
