FAQs

PERMIT ELIGIBLE PROPERTIES ONLY

All listings on this page (below) are eligible for an owner-occupied (OO) or a non-owner-occupied (NOO) short term rental (STR) permit to the best of our knowledge at the time of posting. This information should always be confirmed with Nashville Metro Codes.

WHERE ARE ALL THE HOUSES?

Wondering why you don't see single-family homes? Nashville Metro Council voted to not allow any more non-owner-occupied short term rentals in residential areas. So, most of what you will see in the market now is multi-family properties (condos and townhomes).
